Touch-A-Life Foundation Overview

Solix Technologies Inc. is dedicated to empowering organizations and individuals that are driven to make a difference in their communities. As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility initiative, Solix serves as a founding Charter Member of Touch-A-Life Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging the gap between those in need, with those willing to give.

As a Charter Member, Solix provides the funds and expertise to build TALGiving, the mobile and web-based app that works as a crowdsourcing & crowdfunding tool for individuals and organizations to garner support for their causes. TALGiving allows for Cash, Kind (Goods & Services), and Time (Volunteering) donations, making kindness accessible and transparent, giving both donors and donees a direct connection for change.

Solix employees volunteer their time to maintain the platform and provide support in marketing, fundraising, mentoring, and serve as liaison between Touch-A-Life Foundation and nonprofit organizations looking for support. We are more than a company, we are a community and through our CSR initiative we support our employees' passions as well as foster a culture of volunteerism and kindness.

India Grocery Support COVID-19

During the challenging times brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, Solix employees demonstrated their compassion and commitment to community support by rallying together to aid 100 families in need. Recognizing the economic hardships faced by many due to the pandemic's repercussions, the employees took proactive steps to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those affected. Through their collective efforts, they provided essential grocery supplies to these families, offering not just sustenance but also a sense of relief during uncertain times. Their initiative exemplifies the values of empathy and solidarity that define the Solix community, showcasing a genuine dedication to making a positive impact beyond the workplace. By extending a helping hand to those most affected by the pandemic's economic fallout, Solix employees exemplify the power of unity and compassion in overcoming adversity and supporting those in need within their local community.

JDRF One Walk

Solix employees proudly support their community partner, JDRF, by participating in the annual JDRF walk, raising awareness and funds for individuals impacted by Type I diabetes. Understanding the significant challenges faced by those living with this condition, Solix employees dedicate their time and resources to this vital cause. Through their participation, Solix employees demonstrate their commitment to making a positive difference, fostering a sense of unity and compassion within their community and exemplifying the transformative impact of collective action.

World Kindness Day

Our event is a rallying point for champions of kindness,Change makers, non-profits, and corporate CSR leaders who are focused on social impact. Join us as we gather visionary minds, passionate changemakers, and empathy-driven individuals from across the globe. Together we will delve into the unique challenges faced by non-profits, explore the powerful tools available to amplify their impact, and navigate the changing times with new learnings.

TALScouts

The TALScouts program will be a game-changer for students desperately wanting to bring to life what they are learning in theory and apply it to solving real-world problems. High school students have demonstrated their creative spirit during this pandemic and want to actively respond to social justice issues intersecting their lives.
